System Reporting Rain Skip - Ran Anyways

I had a weird run last night. The system was reporting a Rain Skip scheduled when I went to bed, but I still woke up to hear the system turning on and running at 4am. Checking my app, it is saying that it did not run last night, that the Rain Skip was executed. Has this happened to anyone else? I am going to pay closer attention to the rain skips, but wanted to call out that the reporting isn’t correct, it still ran anyways.

I have the same issue. I can’t believe 2 years and no solution.

Do you think it’s a unit issue? I’ll send it back and just get a new one.

Ill have the engineering team review your account. What was the name of the schedule that ran?

This is not a hardware issue. All of the decision making is done in our IoT cloud platform.

2 schedules, Front & Back and Second watering. It happened again this morning.

I see two notifications from this morning showing the schedules would not skip. We do a 12 hour and 1 hour check before the schedules run, do you think that maybe you were viewing the 12 hour check?
