System not running properly

My system is not working properly. I have the gen 2 and I have auto schedules set up. I noticed the grass was looking pretty bad so I checked and it says the system is running so I waited until the next time it was scheduled and it said it was on but no water was coming out. The next day I tried to manually do it from my phone and it showed that the quick run was running but again no water is coming out.

The only way I can get it to run is by doing it manually from the box in the garage. Any ideas how to fix this?

Does your controller in the garage show an indication of which zone is running, while the quick run is active? Can you go into more detail as to what you’ve done to do the manual run (are you interacting with the controller or something else?).
