Hi folks.
I’m a homeowner, and I have two controllers: One is in Florida, one in Colorado.
My phone app makes it easy to identify each one. No issues there.
However, when Rachio sends me an email stating that there will be a rain skip, it does not indicate which location / controller is being skipped.
Really… take a look at one of those emails. No identifying names there.
Clearly, you can customize the content of the email because it includes gallons skipped, so adding a location / location name likely could be added as well.
As a result, with the email being structured as it is, rather than being a cool feature, due to the lack of identifying info, it is just an annoyance.
My request: Please find a way to identify the controller in that email, and it would add value.
