Stuck at "Blink Up Sucessful" and the Device is not associating with my account

This is a new install first time user. I went through the blink up procedure per the directions and now the units wifi light is is flashing green, off, green, off, just repeating now for hours, Not sure if it is hung up on “Blink Up Successful” or “Connected To Server”. When I log into the app on my iphone it says that I do not have a device associated with my account and is asking me to add one, When I try to add it it tells that blink up failed, device already found, can not add existing device.

Did I miss something?
