Setup problems - Associated to another account

Controller associated with another account. Hi I was installing the second controller in my house and the install failed when I tried again I get the message the controller is already associated with an account. However I cannot see it on the app

If you message me the serial number I can have the engineering team remove it from the previous account.

AC8239421 Strange as it is a new device that failed during setup so it should be associated with my account

I PM’ed you the account that controller is on. It looks connected and running.
