Schedule did NOT Run, Why?

Newbie here. I have one Flex Schedule and 3 Fixed Schedules. My Flex schedule includes zones 2, 3, and 4. It was scheduled to run today (i.e. Thur & Sun), and to finish before 4:30 AM. It did not run and I can not see anything in the History that would explain why it did not. Is there somewhere else I should/can look to see what caused it to skip?

All of my fixed zones ran fine, including one that is scheduled to start at 4:31 AM. I am using Weather Intelligence (set to “Weather Network”), with Freeze and Wind skip, but I don’t “think” those would have applied, but not sure how to determine if it did.
