@LTskier - right now with V2 of the software the controllers are not aware of each other. At this time, it is unknown if V3 will address the software.
I believe others have suggested setting one controller allow watering on M W F Su and the other controller to allow watering on T TH SA. Or have one start in the early morning (e.g. the 5 A.M. example) and the other one late in the day (e.g. 6 P.M.).
