Can you reset my gallons used to 0?
Just got new system installed and it’s showing 1057 gallons used and it’s only been used once.

Looks like your community email isn’t the same email attached to your Rachio account, do you mind DMing me that email or your username so I can go ahead and do that reset for you? Also, for future reference, this is how we calculate water usage, so you can make sure your system reports correctly in the future!

Is this “used” reported due to the testing phase or is due to an incorrect parameters set? If its due to a incorrect parameters you will end with the same incorrect usage again.
