Recomissioning? Check with the app BEFOREHAND

My 16 channel gen 2 unit has been offline since last Fall. When the landscape tech came out this afternoon we discovered the app said the unit was ‘offline’.

It took several tries to get it to resume working. The crux of which was the whole process of using local wifi, rachio wifi and then back again. The app on my phone didn’t complete the process, but the rachio unit HAD made the connection.

My point is check that your system is ready for recommissioning BEFORE the landscape folks come out for their Spring service call.

Meanwhile, my system is back up and running.
