Hello All
I have purchased a Rachio 3 and am having issues with the System Running properly. Some of the zones will say the master valve or zone may have a wiring issue but it is always at random with different zones.
For example, I will run the system and zone 2 will say issue and not run, after that zone, it will keep going and finish the rest of the zones. I will start the system over and then zone 2 will be fine and then it will say zone 5 is an issue. There is no consistency of where the problem lies. I have had every single zone run with the Rachio 3 but at random it will say a zone doesn’t work. Could it be a faulty unit and I need a new one?
Any help on this is GREATLY appreciated!!
