Rachio3 Wifi broken?

Rachio 3 was working well for 2+ years. This week its atleast not connecting to Wifi . Have tried the following

  1. Via Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S20 Plus- power down , power up , wait for 2nd light to be flashing yellow , reset WiFI . No luck via phone app.
  2. Windows laptop : power down , power up , wait for 2nd light to be flashing yellow . Not controller wifi network visible.on the phone / windows pc.

Anyone else have this problem ?

Rebooting my router fixed that problem.
