Rachio support is impressive.!

I installed my Second generation controller the end of June. it was very easy to setup and run. The other day I was unable to run any of the zones manually or otherwise. Nothing had been touched. I called support and Josiah took me through some things to check and was able to see the zone voltages remotely. He had me take pictures of my valve pits and send them to him while still on the phone with me. We determined that Somehow I lost my common connection to the valves.
I checked all of my connections and did find a couple of wiring problems caused by the installers. of the original system.
It now works great again.
