If I change any of the advanced settings around Allowed Depletion or Efficiency, Rachio will allow the zone to go to 0%.

Since Allowed Depletion is too vague a term to determine how to add more water (desired) I’ve tried 70% and 20% Allowed Depletion. I’ve also reduced the efficiency from 90% to around 70% and I think it’s these two which break the watering.
I do wish you would just give us a simple way to add a bit more or a bit less water to a zone instead of a half dozen contradictory sliders that have an unknown impact on watering duration and period.
