Rachio is only showing 8 zones... I have 16 zone model

Hello,

Has anyone had the issue where Rachio (Gen1 16 zone model) is only showing 8 out of the 16 zones? I have tried selecting Show/hide disabled zones but nothing I do will show zones 9-16 so half my yard can’t be watered by this system. :frowning:

The extra zone wires are installed and known good so not sure why Rachio won’t let me water zones 9+.

If you send an email to [support@rachio.com] they can add your extra zones with no problem.
