Rachio Gen 2 setup issue

Hi, I am new to the community. I moved to a new home and trying to set up the Rachio Gen 2 Controller which was earlier used by the previous owner, I downloaded the app on my android phone and followed the steps in the app. After scanning the code, It returns the below error:

Oops! We couldn’t connect to your controller.

Complete these steps before you try again:

1. Unplug your controller, wait a few seconds, then plug it back in.

2. Wait for the 2nd light on your controller to begin flashing, then try again.

I tried the above steps several times, it keeps returning the same error message.

Internet service is Comcast. Appreciate your help.

I did a Factory Reset on the Controller and it resolved the issue :point_up:

I have the same exact issue but doing a factory reset did not solve the problem.
