Rachio (Gen 2) noise from charger. Charger is warm to touch. Is this normal?

Our rachio (gen 2) has a noise from charger (sort of like a white noise). The charger is also warm to touch. Is this normal?

@tssilvei If you reach out to support@rachio.com and reference this thread they can send out a new transformer to you.
