For some reason my controller no longer has power. It has no lights flashing or glowing. The wired connections are still all in place and are secure. We hav’t done any kind of electrical work that might explain the power loss, and there are no other appliances the the same loss odf power.
Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
@marked - take a known good lamp and plug it in where the Rachio transformer plugged in. Is outlet a GFI outlet that may have tripped? Check to see that the Rachio plug going into the unit is secure. Any lighting storms recently that may have sent a surge through the field wires into the unit?
