Rachio Can't Connect

We have the rachio set up and it was working for a long time. In the fall we shut things down for the winter and bringing it back up today, the rachio (gen2) won’t connect and appear in the app. I’ve redone the wifi access through the app and I’ve gone through a complete reinstallation to try to get the system to connect.

Not sure what to try next to get it to work properly.
