I have a controller that won’t connect to WiFi. It just tried and tries and tries, but won’t connect. Could it be that it is still linked to another account? (It was an open box deal). I have a strong WiFi connection at the controller.
@JBETHELL80 - most of the times this is because of a network configuration or setting. Which model of Rachio do you have? Is a mesh networking system being used? Is the same SSID being used for both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands (if so, create different names). What is the behavior in the setup in the app? Are you using Android or iOS to perform the setup?

It’s a Rachio 3. I can get the actual Model# in a bit. It IS on a mesh wifi. Eero system.
I’m using android. In the app, it gets to the screen where it tries to sync to the account, and it just spins. I can actually go out there and try to sync it again tomorrow, when I’m home, to give more specific answers.
