Need to restore 2 zones to be watered, but my Rachio 3 with iPhone has been continuously updating for the last 2 days. Any way to regain control?
When you say it’s been continuously updating, when you launch the app is it staying on the screen that says “Updating devices…”?
That message appears when trying to load the controller information. One important thing is that you’ve got an internet connection (maybe try disconnecting from WiFi if your connection isn’t strong) and see if that helps. Another option, to clear any cached data from the app would be to uninstall it and reinstall it. Let me know if any of those work, thanks!
