I have Rachio 3 - everything has been working fine till today. I turned it on via App, it shows that the zone is sprinkling but I dont see water coming out from sprinklers or get any errors messages.
I restarted via unhooking power but no luck. We had PCV replaced last year and it was working fine since then.
I would try manually turning on a station valve, to see if the main shut off valve is closed.
I turned the valve 1/4 but no water came out. But we never shut off the main valve. There was no work done that needed it to be shutdown.
Do you have an automatic master valve or pump as part of your system? Do you have separate irrigation water from your culinary? Is it possible someone (even city) turned off the source? Since manually turning the valve did not cause water to come out, it sounds like water is not turned on.

It is same line for kitchen too.
I had no clue city can do that - I will check.
With your sprinklers on culinary water, it is unlikely that the city would shut that off and likely do not have a pump unless the pressure was too low. If water is not getting to your valves, possibly something happened with your master valve. I would suggest double checking any manual valve to make sure that is on (if you have one) and manually turning on your master valve, then manually turn on a zone to see if water comes out.
