Changed the Wifi Router. System was not connected to wifi for long time (6 months). Now trying to reset the password. Tried multiple times following the steps on the app, youtube video etc. Nothing works. Each time app is scanning and collecting information from the controller and sending it to support. I supposed to get response in 24/48 hours. No repose so far.
If you run this and provide the code I can have the engineering team review.
