Rachio 2 - no power

Hello all,

i have a Rachio 2 that has worked flawlessly for the few years that i have had it installed. when my installer attached it to the house he didnt do a great job attaching it and recently it fell down. i reattached it to the wall of the house but then noticed i had no power. i checked all the obvious stuff and i still had power going to the controller so i pulled the front cover and noticed that the internal plug was knocked out when it fell. i plugged it back in and fully expected it to work but still there is nothing.
Any ideas? i cant imagine falling in a deep bed of mulch has damaged anything.

Where did you have power? Do you have an outdoor enclosure, and are you saying you have power to the outlet?

It is certainly possible that if the barrel plug was pulled at an angle when it fell, that it broke some of the internal solder joints to the main board…
