Setup my pws with wrong latatude ( should have had a - ) after correcting my personal weather station location shows correct location on the map however the 7 day forecast is way off showing incorrect temperatures and night time at 3pm. With two support calls to Rachio and no fix. I understand that Aeris has to update my location however it’s been two weeks! How can we resolve this? Do I delete my pws on pwsweather and start over? Do you have a support number for Aeris?
The problem has been corrected. I contacted Aeris directly by email. Had a one hour response from Aeris. They reset my location and all is good!!
