Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone at Rachio to find the status of an order? I ordered Lawn Champion several weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I sent an email to support, but it replied saying it could take up to 48 hours to respond… I don’t understand the customer service here. I bought this system thinking it was a leading edge technology company.
