I pre-ordered two Rachio 3 16 zone controllers and got my shipment Friday, but it contained just one Rachio 3 16 and an outdoor enclosure. Receipt and shipping notification correctly shows two Rachio 3s. What’s the best way to contact sales, do you just the main number on Monday?
