I pre-ordered two Rachio 3 16 zone controllers and got my shipment Friday, but it contained just one Rachio 3 16 and an outdoor enclosure. Receipt and shipping notification correctly shows two Rachio 3s. What’s the best way to contact sales, do you just the main number on Monday?
I’ve spoken with our order processing team and they will ship out a second device on Monday as well as a return label for the enclosure. You can expect a more formal communication Monday morning.
