My controller is a Generation2 Firmware 5-115 is online and works flawlessly for years. I have Rachio Apps loaded on Android phone and Android tablet.
Failed to receive watering alerts on both devices but they show up in the History Log when I log into the Controller.
Did the Rachio Server go offline w/i the last 4 hours?
Update: manual run works fine from Android phone. I received the water alerts as follows:
message came through too on Android Tablet
Scheduled started on Rachio - Quick Run will run for 3 minutes
Schedule completed on Rachio - Quick Run ran for 3 minutes
It’s possible that both my Android devises were ‘asleep’ and/or Rachio App was not active in the background on my early watering schedules.
Both devises have notifications set ‘On’. However sometimes the devises go to sleep and that may be why I did not receive the watering alerts.
I can log into the controller and the ‘history’ log shows the watering alerts. Still the ‘alert’ notices s/d come up on each app if/when I wake up the phone and/or tablet.
