I’ve been a happy Rachio user The last month and until recently. My unit says its working and the app says it is watering zones, but none of them turn on anymore. I haven’t changed or touched the wiring and I wouldn’t even know it wasn’t working except for the fact that all of our flower beds are dying. I’ve tried reprogramming the unit, changing app settings and power cycling the system to no avail.
Looked into your device logs, and it’s looking like something may be going on with your common wire. Can you try moving it to a different common terminal and see if you can run any of your zones? Let me know!
