have had rachio system working great for almost 2 years. I installed a flow meter last year but recently i started getting urgent leak detection emails. I was getting these before and it would say which zone and schedule it was on and it would only do this because the flow rate slightly higher than the calibration rate, but now I get the alerts and it says this below. the problem is this was a scheduled event but for some reason now it does not recognize the schedule. has anyone run into this before?
Is the alert coming AFTER the scheduled event? As in, there is flow still being measured after the schedule should have completed, like a stuck valve or something?
i dont know if its coming on as the event happening or when it finishes but i see the zone working and nothing is out of the ordinary. for some reason rachio is not recognizing the schedule on the flow meter but runs the zone on schedule every day
Are you able to see the data from the flow meter at any given time to see if it is detecting flow when a schedule isn’t running?
