No power, customer service not responding

I have no power to my unit. It was replaced about a month ago and worked for a couple weeks. Suddenly it went completely dead. The outlet works fine. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times (over a week ago) and no one has responded to me and I can’t find a phone number to call.
