I laid new sod in my yard today and am excited about my new rachio! New sod obviously needs to be watered several times to keep cool and establish roots. What is the recommended setting for this situation? Using smart cycle with a certain configuration in each zone?
@markahansen sorry for not getting back to you sooner. What type of sod did you plant and where are you located? I’ll look up the watering recommendations for you as they vary by type of grass, region and season. Smart Cycle is a great feature to use if you have new sod as it will reduce run off – especially as you’re watering so frequently.
