I just bought a new house and it has an existing rachio controller in it. I tried to email and call rachio customer support however no one has got back to me. I wanted to add the controller however the app won’t allow me as I believe the previous owner still has it on his account… I really need some help !
Did you follow these steps?
I had the engineering team review and they couldn’t find any tickets with the email used on your community account. Did you use a different email address to create your Rachio account?
Actually I did use another account it’s email@example.com

I believe you will need to do a WiFi reset to get the controller onto your WiFi network.
