Never had a weather Skip

Hi, I’ve never ever had a weather skip in spite of rain storms. I’m on a fixed schedule because we just reseeded (hydroseed) and it’s been raining a lot. I’ve set it at the lowest threshold and changed to a local station that’s recording precip.

What else do I need to check?

I believe it will only skip if an amount of water greater than your setting is predicted on the day of watering. Previous water, no matter how much, does not come into play on a Fixed Schedule (nor Flex Daily?).
