Need help with gen 1

How long does it normally take to get a response from the tech support once you e-mail them? I got one response Tuesday mid day and now nothing! Is there a special way to respond so that I can get some help? Trying to stay positive about this system and am hoping it will be worth all of this hassle!

Now I’m getting a bug report not hooking up to my WiFi during blink up.

Hey Gator-

I see the device on your account, just not online. Are you trying to add the device, or just update the wi-fi? You should be trying to update wi-fi right now, as you won’t be able to add it!

To do this, select more, then controller settings. You should see “Update Wi-Fi” on that screen. Here are some more detailed instructions!
