My Rachio says water, but it's not

My app says its watering, but it’s not. Can someone help?

Is the problem confined to one zone? Try a Quick Run on one or more other zones.

If you open a valve manually (with the bleed screw or by loosening the solenoid), does water come out? If not, check master valve (if any), shutoff valve or pump (if applicable).

If the valve works ok manually, does the indicator light on the controller come on? If so, check voltage at the controller zone output and at the valve, to determine whether the problem is with the controller or the wiring.
