Multiple websites are confusing

It took me a while to catch on to your using different URLs for different purposes with the links between being unclear at times, at least to a new person (I now see the Community and Support links on your site). I don’t see a user value in having these appear as different websites, and in fact requiring different logins.

An example of confusion: the page (called the Dashboard?–Not really labeled) is where I did most of my setup, not my smart phone. When I got into a jam I looked for a link to an FAQ or similar support page, or the Community page, but did not find links from
