I found some older comments about having multiple/guest users on the same account for a controller. There should be no reason why I can’t have our Rachio 3 operated from mine or my wife’s phone. This is common with WiFi garage door openers like the LiftMaster MyQ system and seems like a simple feature to add. I found an old reply that said “we’re working on it.”
Have I missed something? When I tried to use the automatic “add a controller” to my wife’s Rachio app, I get the “this account owned by someone else” message and no option to have another user, only “transfer ownership” (which didn’t even work, by the way).
Suggestions?
