- One of my zones says it “as needed” but it’s flex monthly and interval just like most of my zones, which say on the schedule page “Mon. Wed.” or whatever. Why does that first one say “as needed” when it’s “flex monthly” and “interval” just like many others?
- And one of my zones says “as needed” and when I got to its page, “interval” does not show. How can I specify the interval?
- And one of my zones has all the types except “fixed” greyed out. How can I change it to flex monthly?
- And if someone from Rachio is reading this, when you go to this page, Community Forum, it says the chat button is in the bottom right. No chat button. And I can’t find a phone number for calling anywhere. (I found it once through a web search, not on your help pages.)

I would also add that I don’t think you can change an existing schedule of one type to another type. So if you have an existing Flex Schedule and you want a Fixed Schedule, you have to create a new schedule.
