Got the email notification about water schedule being skipped, specifically this sentence: “At 04:02 AM the weather service in your area has observed 0.0 in of precipitation.”
What it doesn’t say is over what time period it is observing. Last 24 hours as of 4am? Total for the prior day? My selected station recorded 0.05 for prior day.
