I have contacted Rachio and was told they will escalate the issue. App will download on iPhone but will not open, other than,“We’re having trouble getting your account information”. Spent a great deal of time on a chat line with no resolution.
They had me reboot, delete the app a couple of times, reinstall and again. I have not been called back and now can only water using manual input to system.
Pretty pathetic customer service. Considering better system than this.
