Is there no support for windows browser anymore?

#1

Hi,

I tend to use a windows browser for setup.
The only major problem I see is the disable/enable button in the water schedule, it does not work and it’s been this way for a long time. The same style button works in the various Smart Cycle and Weather intelligence sections so it seems an easy fix.

I have been deleting schedules to disable watering but that’s a bit tedious. I have a complicated system with never ending maintenance so the disable function is very useful.

I have tried the disable function in both Firefox and Windows IE, does not work in either.

The disable function in the My Yard section does not work either (hangs when I select disable) but either one would be satisfactory.

Hi @alexh-

Our team has confirmed the issue you are running into and our development team is aware. I will update this thread with any progress towards a resolution!

In the meantime, I recommend any users running into a similar issue use the mobile app in order to disable/enable schedules. I apologize for any inconvenience!
