Just curious… When Rachio calculates evapotranspiration rates for a zone, does it assume that there is a layer of mulch over the soil?

@lourssale, great question. I’ll need to review the Crop Coefficient equation’s inputs, but I do not recall any variable for mulch/thatch.
Our base Crop Coefficients for grass are listed below; note, the valves vary by month as the growing season changes throughout the year.
