Ios App Timeout

I am using an iphone 6s, 9.3.2 version. Latest version of the app. I cannot edit watering schedule or even manually run my system. It thinks for a couple minutes then i get a “the request could not be completed. Please try again later” OR a time out error

I have closed the app signed out and signed back in. no resolve

I have also restarted the rachio itself. no resole.

Help!!!

It looks like our WiFi provider for Gen 1 is having a partial outage

Assuming they will be back and running very quickly. Will post when they are online again.

Gen 2 is a different architecture (we own all the connectivity) so is unaffected.

Should be restored very soon…

Hey Franz,

We’re in the process of restoring service now - if all goes well I expect things will be resolved very soon. I’ll touch base with you then to confirm.
