Internet Port that controller uses

at 4am in west coast, I cannot open the app nor connect to the app.rach.io .
I wanted to check whether the watering schedule safely started or not.

Added: It looks like some hiccups. I can login now . But the controller seems to be offline. My internet is fine… Can I know which ip port Rachio controller uses? I would like to check that port is fine.
