I can’t get my system on says account is in use


I’m the sole user of my system. I’m trying to get it turned on and it says it’s alreasy in use. How do I reset everything?


@LaVelle - it could be that the email account the system is registered under is different than the one that is currently being used to log in. Call Rachio support as they can tell you the email address it is registered under and if necessary change it to another address with photographic proof of the serial number.
