I can not edit schedule on my phone

I’m not able to start or edit a schedule using ios9 with my iPhone. It always says " The request could not be completed. Please try again later". I can only control the schedules with my computer or use the manual run with my phone.

I saw you talk about this problem in Jun, but it is still happening. Could you tell me what to do?

Check out the solution @franz gave on this thread to someone having a similar issue. Please let me know if this helps!

I changed the language region formats setting to United State/ Advanced> Automatic/English. The issue has been resolved.
