Bought a home where the previous owner had the rachio already registered, can’t reach them and can’t register the device to make it were I can control it. Had same problem with ring doorbell. You seriously need to have an easy fix for this stuff. Very frustrating
Send a picture of the device showing the serial number to support@rachio.com and they will remove the old registration.
