Can you provide more information on your issue?
Specifically, could you describe to us the light code that your controller is displaying (ie fourth quadrant blinking) and the serial number?
We also need your email address that was used to create the account. You can private message these to us.
And, I really appreciate your very quick responses! As far as what happened…who knows…I just kept re-blinking until I finally came on line…
