The item disappeared from Costco’s website literally 24 hours after my order was shipped at end of February. I know this because I was looking to order one for my family after I placed an order for my home. 
FYI gen 3 12 zone on sale for 199 after coupon. Wish I had held out so the warranty started now vs last black Friday since I’m just installing now, but thems the breaks.

Seems Costco’s Gen 3 version comes with 12 zones (middle ground between 8 and 16 zone version available elsewhere) as well as a new yard mapping feature (link).
