My Gen 2 is connected to my network and has 4 lights (The top one blinking). When I try to add the device via the app it just hangs at Finding Device.
I’ll do some troubleshooting for you.

I am having the same issue, all 4 lights are lit but rachio cannot find my device
Please reach out to support@rachio.com and they can help you get online and up and running.
Or you can call the support hotline.
FYI the line didn’t connect at first but it appears I am in now. Else, I’ll send over my serial number.
